QUEST: July 11
Reading
Today is a rest day, after walking 56-plus miles in essentially four walking days.
During my rest days, though, I still read… one chunk of scripture in the morning, and another in the afternoon or evening.
This morning’s reading was First Chronicles, 11-22. This afternoon, Psalms 88-90 are on the schedule, plus Acts Chapter 28 through Romans 3.

The reading, and subsequent prayer, are part of my hope to be found by The Lord during this Quest. It’s part of a very personal relationship. I’ll share some insights from time to time, but mostly, it’s just for me.
If you’re inspired, you might try reading these chunks yourself today, and see what might be in there that’s just for you.
Thanks for following my Quest. If you’d like to respond, please post a comment here, or send an email to michael@michaelhume.net. Either way, I look forward to reading your views when I return to my screen in late August.
